We connect candidates with world-class hospitality employers, including luxury 5-star hotel groups, ocean cruise liners, resorts, and Michelin-starred culinary establishments across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

3. Candidate Representations & Warranties

As a candidate utilizing our services, you guarantee and agree that:

• All details provided in your CV, job application form, identity proofs, passports, and employment references are 100% authentic, accurate, and truthful.
• You hold the professional licenses, culinary ratings, academic degrees, or vocational diplomas represented in your dossier.
• You will notify us immediately of any changes in your visa eligibility, background clearance status, or professional availability.

4. Zero Candidate Fee Policy (Fraud Prevention)

CRITICAL SECURITY POLICY: Aditi Hospitality operates on a STRICT Zero-Fee Model for candidates. We NEVER charge candidates for resumes submittals, job pre-screenings, culinary skills assessments, or recruitment final selections. Our professional fees are solely billed to our corporate luxury hotel and cruise partners. Please report any individual claiming to represent Aditi Hospitality who requests payment.

5. International Placements & Visa Support

While Aditi Hospitality provides comprehensive assistance regarding paperwork compilation, mock interview preparation, visa applications, and pre-departure briefings:

• The final decision to grant a work permit, residence card, or visa lies solely with the immigration authorities of the host nation.
• Candidates must satisfy all passport validity timelines (minimum 6 months remaining), physical health certifications, and clean background records required by host country regulations.

6. Employment Relationships

Aditi Hospitality functions solely as a facilitator connecting candidates with employers. Once placed:

• The contract of employment exists solely between the candidate and the corporate hiring employer.
• Aditi Hospitality is not liable for salary disputes, workplace incidents, localized career reviews, or early employment terminations occurring post-deployment.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital branding, text, custom images, graphics, style layouts, icons, and coding elements presented on this website are the absolute property of Aditi Hospitality and are protected by copyright laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or redistribute our assets without explicit written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aditi Hospitality shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our portal, resume databases, or recruitment placement services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
